Kendie Everyday!

Yesterday, in the comments section Claire told me about a fellow style blogger who is doing The 30 for 30 Fall Challenge, starting next Monday, November 8th. Her name is Kendie, and she has a very stylish and professional looking blog. Here is her premise: "I take 30 items from my closet (shoes included) and mix them into 30 different outfits over about a month period." She says it's a way of "learning" her closet, and basically is doing it for the same reasons I started my blog. She has also added a no shopping for 30 days to her challenge! 30 days, Ha! Try no shopping for 306 days, Kendie! Not even underwear!

Luckily I have an ample underwear supply provided by Richard, courtesy of Costco. They're not glamorous, but they do the trick, and they keep me from having to do laundry as often as I might have to otherwise!

I took the kids with me to vote after work, and Richard took them with him this morning, so hopefully we are planting the seeds for future! They were absolute troopers considering how tired they were. Sometimes they really surprise me!

Shirt: Hand me down from cousin. Old Navy.

Skirt: Thrift store. Vintage. This is another dress I'm wearing as a skirt. Eventually, I'll have it turned into a skirt... One day! You can see how I started out  the day at right, but it seemed awkward, so I put the shirt over the waist.

Shoes: Goodwill. Kenzie.
